Grow your business with data, not guesswork.
We set up the numbers that matter, read them every month and tell you in plain English what to do next.
Questions your website can already answer.
Every visit leaves a trail. Read properly, it tells you where your customers come from and what makes them get in touch.
Where do my customers find me?
Google search, Maps, Instagram or word of mouth. You’ll know which one pays off.
Which page makes people enquire?
See the pages that turn visitors into bookings, and the ones they leave from.
When are people looking?
Busy days and times, so offers and posts go out when customers are actually browsing.
Does the site work on phones?
Most local customers browse on mobile. We check they can find what they need.
Am I showing up on Google?
The searches you appear for, and whether more people find you each month.
What should I change next?
The question that matters most. Every report ends with a short, specific answer.

A one-page summary, not a dashboard you have to learn. The numbers below are illustrative, from an example local business.

What we’d recommend this month
- Add more photos to your Google listing. Maps brought in 9 enquiries from a listing with only a handful of photos. It’s the quickest win available.
- Move the booking button higher on phones. Most visitors arrive on mobile and many leave before scrolling past the first screen.
- Keep posting on Instagram on Thursdays. Visits from Instagram peak on Thursday evenings, and those visitors enquire more often.
Set up by someone who works with data every day.
Our founder is a data engineer by profession, building data pipelines and reporting for a living. Silverline Digital brings that same discipline to small businesses: measure the right things, check the numbers are accurate, and turn them into a decision you can act on.
You won’t be handed a login and left to it. You get the answer, explained like a person would.
Where a tool uses cookies, we set up a compliant cookie consent banner on your site too.
How it works, month after month.
- 01 Set up
Measure
We install analytics and track the actions that matter: calls, enquiries and bookings.
- 02 Collect
Listen
Data builds up quietly in the background. Nothing changes for you or your customers.
- 03 Read
Explain
Each month we turn the numbers into a short report you can read in five minutes.
- 04 Act
Improve
We make the agreed changes to your site, then measure whether they worked.
Good questions to ask.
Do I need to understand analytics?
No. That’s our job. You get a short summary in plain English with a clear recommendation. If you’d like to learn to read the numbers yourself, we’ll walk you through them at handover.
Is it included with my website?
Every website we build has analytics and Google Search Console set up from launch, plus a walkthrough of your own data. Monthly reports and ongoing improvements are part of Full Partnership.
Will my customers need to accept cookies?
It depends on the tools. Some, like Plausible, work without cookies, so no banner is needed. Others, like Google Analytics, use cookies, and UK law requires visitors to agree first. We set up whichever your site needs.
Can you add this to a website I already have?
Often, yes. Tell us what your site is built on in your enquiry and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
